If the payment card issuer denies authorizing the payment owed, it will be the Customer’s responsibility to contact the issuer to solve the problem. In that case, we will not be responsible for any delays or non-deliveries.
You can also opt, except for the Netherlands, for a payment by bank transfer, if the total of his order exceeds the amount of € 2,000 (£ 1700, DKK 15,000, SEK 17,000).

Only the creations bought through the e-Shop or at an Avel Lenttan authorized vendor are subject to the Avel Lenttan International Guarantee. For any/all purchases made through the e-Shop, the duly drawn up Guarantee can be found inside the package that contains the Avel Lenttan creation.
Each creation has a security TAG that guarantees originality and quality. If the TAG has been removed, it won’t be possible to return the product.
The Standard guarantee is free and valid for the first 2 years from the date of delivery of the creation.
The Standard guarantee only covers the damage from possible production defects, that is, due to a mistake in assembling the jewel.
The Standard guarantee does not cover damage due to an inappropriate use of the jewel.
The laboratory reserves its right to verify the actual damage due to a defect in the original assemblage.
Should the damage not be due to a production defect, repairs or sending the jewel back will be charged to the customer.
This Guarantee costs 150,00€ and is valid for the first 4 years from the date of delivery of the creation.
The guarantee covers the polishing service, repairs and substitution of the stones up to a sum equal to 5% of the overall cost of the jewel.
The Plus guarantee covers damage from possible production defects, that is, due to a mistake in the original assemblage of the jewel.
Guarantee Plus does not cover damage due to inappropriate use of the jewel.
The laboratory reserves the right to verify the actual damage due to a defect in the original assemblage. Should the damage not be due to a production defect, the repair will be offered at up to 5% of the jewel’s overall cost, the rest will be charged to the customer.
Sending the jewel back will be a charged to the customer.
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve immediately and in advance, from a selection of jewels from the latest Mirror collection, at Avellenttan.com.
To confirm the pre-order, you will be asked to insert your bank coordinates and your delivery address.
You will then receive an e-mail confirming the pre-ordered articles. Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.
If payment is made with a bank transfer, shipment will take place after the payment has been received, therefore 2-3 working days later.
Delivery is free, and delivery time varies from 3 to 4 weeks from the moment you receive the e-mail confirming the order. You have the option to return or exchange any product * ordered within 14 days from the date of receipt ** with valid reason.
