You can pay for your order by credit card or bank transfer.
Credit and debit card holders are subject to verification and authorization from the card issuer. If the card issuer denies authorization of the payment owed, it will be the customer’s responsibility to contact the issuer to resolve the problem. In that case, we will not be responsible for any delays or non-deliveries.
You have the option to return or exchange any product* within 14 days of the date of receipt** with valid reason if the security TAG has not been removed.
Each creation has a security TAG that guarantees its authenticity and quality. If the TAG has been removed the return will no longer be accepted.
You will have 14 days to contact our Customer Service, who will instruct you on the method for sending back your jewelry piece for a return or exchange.
Engraved or personalized creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

** In case of a return made from a country other than that of original delivery, customs fees are charged to the customer.
